Diary #2 - The reach-out

So it’s been sometime now and I have been reaching out to certain brands, obviously I had favorites but seems like I am not the favorites’ favorite. The week has been hard, I am starting to get what it means to reach out and how hard that actually is. But there’s a lot of progress I am getting better, faster and more professional day by day. I am less emotional about it now.

But one good thing is I found the archive to my old art images and the beats I used to produce while growing up. They are lovely and build momentum to why keep going, because of my love for art. I believe my one of my biggest reasons behind web development was to help local artists to have an online platform which will professionally display their work.

So one of the images I displayed above and is also one you may find on my insta account ““@S.M.M.E””. I didn’t have it for a while and I remembered that I actually used my home laptop to generate them and thank God they were still there. It is currently 01:30, there was a party at my res, I think it’s over now bcoz I hear people leaving. Unfortunately I couldn’t attend, can’t say I wanted to but showing face sometimes is good for business.

So the story behind this image by the way, it’s similar to the one I posted last time. So I believe I made this in 2023, somewhere in the time frame from September to November. So at that time I was trying to establish a brand of my own, the Idea was to build hype through cool characters. So I would make a character have it wear the coming collection and see people’s response and if a certain set gets the most positive reviews then it would go to the next stage which is prototyping, display and hopefully release.
